For incoming flooding waters'.....the best thing to do to filter the water and slow down the force of the gushing inwards land water.....is to build up a barricade of cars', parked in lines one behind the other, in lines'.....to stop and slow the force of incoming water down.....you park them in lines between the homes'.....to filter and tide break...this has to be better then losing your homes'....park them as if your in a shopping mull.
