Ziyad Yaghi
In 2007-after all the disruption from previous accounts' and or alledgements', would a youthful-well educated man, put his whole life on the line after many years' in an institution of state run academia to assume contacts' with outside influences' linked with terrorist campaigns'.
It contradicts' his whole persona of presentation; to the effect of his achievements'.
Traveling to religious sites' for exploration of historical and family ties' does by no means' associate-him with linked terrorist campaigners'.
He seems' to have got caught between-a law that wasn't currently running at that particular time, and after his expedition he was subsequently caught with infringement charges' that wasn't imposed on his travel abroad during the time of his visits', if he was such a threat to the establishment he would have been brought to account and or taken straight to airport security, of what never happened. It is not after making him com table to travel and allowing access to religious sites' that you are going to claim a terrorism charges over an innocent victim who traveled abroad for religious and other knowledge of family history.
As it stands' they are currently holding him on involvement via traveling abroad on several accusations', where there is no other evidence of prof that he was actually involved in any known incidence; at all.
And rather he should be given an asylum to the United Kingdom under grounds' of risk to his identify and allowed to carry on with a career, without prior convictions' and no evidence; there is no reason why he should be continued to be detained.
