Khalid Awan

At the first hand, the forced entry and arrest of this innocent Muslim was, an illegal act-

. It was an illegal entry and enforced arrest on the bases' that he was a material witness to the 9//11 attacks' on American soil.

. If he had been a material witness'; usually the process for such a character witness', is to send a specialist reporter from the force, to establish any known evidence of facts' that were established and or witnessed by that particular person at that particular time.

. The courts' had and have no substantial evidence to bind Mr Awan, in regards' to the first indictments' that he was originally arrested for, and this act by the Canadian Authorities', was an indecent assault of his citizenship rights' as a permanent resident of the land.

. He was thus released without charge on several occasions', of what is enough power of logical thought; to establish his innocence of involvement to any known plot and or conspiracy, of what had nothing to do with the original arrest.

. After the third indictment, there was several threats' made against Mr Awans' family, and he was thereafter subjected to a confession; made on the grounds' of unlawful harassment's', and informed that it would be in his best interests to submitted a plea bergin to release him from his current condition of further imprisonment and delay.

. Mr Awan; agreed to the plea burgin, under forced pretence made by the attorney at that particular time, as the sentence agreed to, in relation to the forced confession of money laundering, was originally a minimum term of a few months' period, of what Mr Awan , being an educated man of reasoning, agreed to, as it seemed a light matter of affair.

. After the agreement; of what was then transferred into a unfair bias campaign due to his ethnicity- he was induced and indited on further criminal charges' that stood no merit of evidence in the courts' of law, and thus he was subjected to a total betrayal of the Canadian authorities' in regards to his ethnic origins', and due to the pressures' and bias campaign that Mr Awan faced, he should be released with immediate effect, as he was subjected to infringements' of his basic rights' of innocent until proven guilty, he was classed as a character wittiness and was forced under duress of physical arresting assaults', to accompany the authorities', who subsequently entered his property illegally without any evidence of a substantial nature and held him illegally for a substantial duration of time, under duress of verbal harassment's' made in and towards the direction of his family, forcing him into an unfair confession of circumstance, to relieve the pressure of his family unit.

. Thus he still remains a victim of an ethnic campaign to detain anybody who resembles' an Arab figure' within a society that has become strung up on the - demolishing of their twin towers', by trying to pinpoint unknown identities' that still by no evidence of effective natures' have been caught and charged with reasonable attainments' of evidence to date.

. Rather the people to blame for the attacks' are the people who hijacked the planes' and they were the main source of attack-and planning and any other person indited under such claims' are just being branded with those individual perpetrators' of that American crime.
