Arafat Waheed Khan

Ibrahim Savant

Waheed Zaman

In brief-these men have been and are psychologically effected victims' of the war campaign issued and perpetrated against Muslims' across the Arab nations', on the released images' of appalling photography in regards to the deliberate war crimes' perpetrated by American-security prison guards' at the notorious Ghraib prison in Iraq.

And the atrocious impact that such activities' of sexual and torturous nature had on young Muslims' across the board should be taken in consideration when applying sentences of severe natures' in regards' to retaliation and defence mechanisms' against the oppressive regimes' that the American army imposed on the innocent civilians' in Abu Ghraib.

It did have a physiological impact on these three men and other victims' of associated plots', leniency of-freedom should be given in regards to the impact that the Iraqi war campaign, due to unforeseen abusive natures' of the Americans', gave way to an unrelenting serge of sympathisers' towards and in regards to the unacceptable behaviour of the soldiers' who were there in that land' to relieve the pressure of the peoples' dictatorship, not add pressure to it, of what has be proven that they abussed their authority by extreme measures' of disgust.

The freedom should be granted on the pro-mise that they be re-established into society, with an immediate breaking of ties' between one another and that, they be re-set into a secure estate, whereby they are living alongside members' of the policing community, with allowance of entry for the social service community to regulate their mental health on a continual basis, and should be allowed to continue a life, and go on to have a family, as it was under mental duress that they reacted in the manner that they did , to the news' of the sufferance of their innocent fellow Muslims' across the board.

And that they were mere sympathisers, to the attacks' of degradation that poor Muslims' were facing during the reports' of torture in the notorious prison Ghraib and other situated unfair prison detentions' on poor farmers' in Afghan who part took in nothing more then a hardship of lifestyle, where they were picked up by Americans' and subsequently abused by extreme measures' un documented in recent history, by means of disgusting abusive humiliations' of a sexual and harming inflictive nature, America has to bare its' responsibility for their actions' and the retaliation campaign that was launched as a direct result of their behaviour.
