This is disgusting; how is it that a young boy who has offended in his youth in the most extreme of circumstances', thereafter be granted an anonymous identity as a gift from the compassion of the nation, only to abuse it again in another extreme-manner.

It is either his conscious of his crime that made him offend again, or the fact that he is an evil doer in the most profound manner.

It is with his will of offending to be detained indefinitely, either to ease his conscious or to refrain by detention further offence of this nature.

It is best to follow his desire for detention, as he knows himself best.
