Charkaoui

Accountability of unfair dismissal of justice seems' to be taking place inside an institutional state that claims' justice for all, and compensational rights' for any persons' and or personals' who have been unfairly discriminated against and or mis-judged and or wrongly accused of crimes' that have been later proved unfounded.

Mr Charkaoui was a victim to misappropriation of accounts' and subjected to unfair treatments' of forced confessions' of what were later deemed as insubmissible evidence in the Canadian courts' and his case was later thrown out and or dismissed along with his entire lives' work and or credit of personality.

When his case was thrown out of court; his life was also destroyed in the process and was also thrown out and disregarded as insignificant. And life went on for the justice system and courts' of law; as usual, without giving it a second thought.

The bias campaign set against Charkaoui had and he is still feeling the ill effects of the devastating consequences' in additions to his whole life and lifestyle and family within his unit of land citizenship and as far away as his native land. The accounts' held against him destroyed his family and his family ties' where he was living and where is other relatives' of descent resided in his birth land.

In regards to the accusations' of accounts', Mr Charkaoui-was disconnected from his family unit, suffered abuses' from inside the state jurisdiction of authority as well as his neighbours', friends' and his whole net-work of related social-life got thrown into utter dismay, and he was left barely-able to defend himself, in regards' to his innocence of the accountability's' that were issued against him.

In addition to this, the courts' have disregarded his aims' for a public apology and compensations rights', that would be able to clear his name and associations' of accounts' that were proven unfounded in the courts' of law, and he will be able to re-establish himself else-where under a new title, relocating the whole of his family ties' under the provisions' of compensations that he solely deserves' via the unfair campaign that was issued against him and destroyed his whole family unit in his place of residence and his family abroad.

If the state refuse to issue the compensation due to him, they will be throwing him and his family, into the hands' of the nationalists' who strongly believe and have been convinced that he was associated with terrorists' , and nothing will dismiss those allegations' from their set ways' of thinking, thus' he will have little chance to restore and relocate all his family under a good standard of living that will allow him to address all the concerns ' of security needed in such a case of mis justice.
