You gave an example of one family; who by rights' of associated area boundaries', and near other relatives', probably had no choice in the matter to claim a house under government welfare scheme, because quite simply t here was nothing else available at the time. Once settled in the property with community ties' and relations' established , it is simply harder to give-up the house and move into an unfamiliar area, that might host other fundamental problems' such as racism' and bullying from older members' of the community.

To simply suggest that, housing benefit of a £400 Pound payout, is enough to suffice property in southeast and of south London, in regards to a four bedroom property is just a ridiculous assumption.

When in a small town-on the suburbs' of Kent boarding the catfora inner district, hosting a two bedroom property cost in the regin of £600 pounds'.

£400 pounds is ok if you reside in an area such as wales', or small towms' where tax is still at an all time low.

But that isn't the case for inner city residence, and rather if the government wishes to save money they have to reduce the tax tariff on housing and other associations' whereby then the level of cost of the claimants' is also reduced, you can not reduce one without reducing the other, that is just not viable in the economical circumstance of peoples' living conditions' across the board.
