Maghribi's release

It is questionable that in relation to the events' that happened in Scotland in the early eighties', there was no apparent threat on American soil from men who resembled and or who are of Arabic origin, a clear example of such identity mistakes', of what America have done so in the past in regards to holding detainees' who are not Arabic in origin but presumed so at the first hand, where is their compensation? still awaiting, and faded into the background of injustices' amongst humanity, and therefore the decision for the release, was at the compassion of the judge in terms' of all evidence put forward, towards the Scottish courts.
