The small side roads' that lead straight to school entrances, need zebra crossings' as so to allow for rushed parents who haven't time to cross at lights'.

We could host a Sunday market, on the grass at the back of the leisure center, for people who find it difficult to get into the towns', Avon is a little expansive.

It would bring in business to all the local shops' and cater for all the local residence, and the leisure center at the same time.

There needs' to be wheel chair excess to the green area at the back of the leisure center.

You don't have to replace the stairs' you would design something that can be slid into the top of the steps', and work down slowly via a waving system.

The old gates' would have to be restored or renewed.

There are too many post-office type shops at the top of downham hill. Another business venture would be a good idea.

There needs' to be more corner shops' inside the estates', Downham is a big estate.

The only thing that keeps the post office outlets' thriving is the fact that there isn't enough inside the housing complex to sustain the local residence.

So they win the costumers'.

A small bike shop or outdoor play accessories would be a good venture. Especially now the kids are out playing again.

Of what could sell other things' that entertain the children.
