The houses' in the Downham area

The houses' have been erected for almost 80 years', in that space of time, the plaster has started to crumble and is becoming moist.

If the plaster is liable to become crumbly then it is only right to suggest that the brick work will be next on the list for deterioration.

It would be a very wise investment to re-plaster the walls' as so to prevent further deterioration.

If the plaster has lasted a good eighty years' on the brick work and has sustained the walls' and brick work from deteriorating, then it is only right to suggest, if you invest in re-plastering, it will service another eighty years'.

This would then create work, for the unemployed, in the area. And increase the value of the existing properties', that line the Downham area.
