Retirement

It is only fair to say that retirement for the teaching trade should be a joint decision among the staff, and or a personal decision.

Retirement shouldn't be enforced, rather it should be imposed with subtle hints and suggestions' that would ease members' into taking retirement.

Retirement is for people who reach the age where they are unable to make the right decisions and or choices' and when there is a sudden fall in leadership and or organisation.

It is unreasonable to state or ordain a retirement age, when people are all different and age related illnesses and or slowness effects' different people at different times'.

It would be better to employ a scheme where retirement is imposed when wrong decisions and or slowness starts' to occur.
