I recommend for people who like to eat or like food, the best way to reduce body mass is to set your three meals aday.

Breakfast would be your cereal, have as much as you like, reducing the amount will come later. Have your coffee, with a snack of what you like and then to top it off, a nice orange or fruit.

If you raise early, say between 7-8 in the morning this meal will sustain you until 12'o,clock.

At twelve I suggest a another meal, a nice sandwich, made to your standard, filled with plenty of what you desire.

For example I would have cheese, salad, tomato, salad cream and even coleslaw, a nice yogurt, a drink and then a coffee, and a snack. Reducing the amount comes in time with regulation. This will sustain you until three or four o'clock.

At that time you have a lite snack of tea and biscuits', until you meal at seven or eight. This will sustain you until the next morning.

Then in time with this regulation, automatic reduction occurs' without noticing.
