Blair is tired, and Camron knows' his ideas do not fit the needs' of the people,he has been educated in school, and has little knowledge of design and the social diseases' that exist, because he just hasn't lived them. I am not saying his life has been easy, everybody experiences' hardship, rather I am suggesting he hasn't been on the ground to understand the needs of the people, and Brown is exhausted with running Parliament.
