O.k here we go.

The fish and chip shop needs' to go into partnership with the shop next door, as a fishery. This will bring the chip-shop, fresh-fish and many other varieties everyday.
It needs to scrap all brick work, brick work is crap.

Lynn needs to have a convex or concave glass window bay, this will make the hair-dressers' more appealing. Brick work is crap. Suggesting a woman's sauna would be a good idea, it would bring you a new business opportunity, as this business is going into administration.

The fried chicken needs' to convert itself into an ice-cream parlour, we haven't one here, and the kids' would love to be able to choose a different mix of creams' for their taste palette. What a wonderful place for the community to mix.

The cafe needs' to take down its' blind, it restricts' it appearance, and no sun shines' on that side anyhow.

We need to have a mini-cleaning machine that cleans' the streets of all stains' as this would make the area appealing to visitors'.

We would need a new hotel complex to host for day visitors of the crystal palace gallery and other site investments'. A huge hotel complex, maybe situated on the fields at the back of the crystal palace fields'.

With the crystal palace gallery, you would install extra grass space and gardening retail outlets' would be a good idea, this will make up for the lost grass space at the back of the fields.

The small are of trees, by Lynn's, would unfortunately have to go, to make room for coaches' and other transport', maybe a taxi-stop for people who arrive into the area from grove park station.

We would need a fruit-veg and Mediterranean shop hosting one of the sites' shops', we don't have that here.

We would need a beautiful Turkish restaurant, a place for families to go in the evening.

A patisseries' would be another investment, we have an English cake shop down at the bottom of the road. With all the new investments' and tourism, this wouldn't effect her business, actually it would improve her trade.

She would have to extend out to appeal to the passers-by and tourists.

The pub would have to revamp itself, even though it is nice it isn't appealing enough for the new investments', not that it is my thing, but everyone is involved in this.

A small cinema, would be good for the latest Blockbusters', all these things' are too far away for us.

The kebab shop can stay, it needs ' to invest in wooden benches' for the public house users in the evening, providing we are allowed to advertise our Halal sign.

We would like a percentage for our business ideas' to go to a charity, for the Palestinian plight.

A telecoms shop for tourists to call home on a cheap international service.

All shops' not listed would have to revamp and have new designs' to fit into the new investments of environment. We would have to have a travel-shop outlet for people who have missed bookings and or who are late for coach arrivals and such things'.
