Legal advice and action in relation to the apparently obscene phone call to another co-celebrity:

It is clear, that the phone call was a commercial-call-comedy for popularity and rating boosting, having been witnessed by the millions' of viewers', and that if the intention was a deliberated offence, it wouldn't have been done and or aired amongst millions of viewers', And in that, if the person was that offended he could have hung up the phone, and as it was aired under comedy status, there shouldn't have been any re-percussion's, of what is clear and marked with clarity, all intent and purposes' a comedy self additional airing.
There is no case.
