A Official Government Document Of Appeal:

Addressed to:

The Governmental-Section of Prison-Control-Services' and Regulations', the House of Parliaments', and Higher-Powers of Persuasive controls'.

Via: MP interventions and complaints', through the majority of local community voicing', in statistical neighbourhood areas' across the united kingdom and further afield, of the same initial recurring complaint about prison services of controls'.

To state:

Under-Heading and Sub-Title:

Death of prisoner-relatives', when in confinements' of detention at her majesties pleasures':

Below: As stated:

A list of mental-health- concerns', in relation to bereavements', without the entitlements' to attend funeral services':

1. That every other national citizen has the liberty and freedom to attend, at their own discretion of grievances and bereavements'.

2. The attending and official ceremony of acceptance of death, and stated farewell-services of goodbye, religious, and or non religious (effective rituals) practiced by most and or the whole of the orderings of humanity, without the effects of national disasters to intervene and or penetrate the very essence of a internationally renowned and recognised human behaviour of psychologies and natural reaction of delayed-shock-response to the death of a close individual and or relative.

3. Restrictive means of with holding this freedom of liberty, is malicious and vice to the fundamental human rights commissions of authorities', on the grounds of higher-compassionate reasons' of attendance allowance, no matter what the nature of the pending crime was.

4. And that, though we recognise some relatives', will not be responsive to and or might appeal on grounds of arguments and rifts of personal family matters', the police controls of security can restraint and hold a unique place of further protective-circulation of force via a restrictive Kettering.

5. Only in the most extreme cases', of death by association of the family member, conducted and or carried out by and of gross indecency, of manipulations and murdering by the prisoner him and or herself, should then, a with-holding and restraint be made a permanent restraint and or protective under-takings, whereby the prisoner may have been involve in revenge deployments of questionable standards of case review.

6. In most cases', the complaint is, that the prison officers and higher powers of controls', inside the state prisons themselves', decide to manipulate their controls of powers', to intimidate and use nasty tactic ploys', of furthering unlisted punishments at their own unique distastes' of personal taste requirements of enjoyments' of and by their own gratifications of egotistisms',and vices' of authority abuses'.

7. Thus is is condemned and listed as a form of informal mental torture and comes under the mental torture act, and fundamental human rights commissions of higher-powers of appeals and is listed as a breech of basic human rights of pending detained individuals'.

8. The effects of such actions are devastating and life threatenings' of suicidal-watches', in some cases', of this formal malice practiced by and on a regular bases' by the institution of prison officers committee'.

And thereafter the list of other mental aliments arise, through this forced procedure of unnecessary furthering breech of fundamental basic human rights'.

If there is any reason to question this letter of submissions', please contact all local authority MP areas', to confirm the over all community concerns' and feelings', about the prison service to practice at hand.
