And, in that, there should be a, double booking, one with the midwife and one with the dietitian...
Apart from that, there isn't much else I can help you with..except that you exercise daily, walk, eat the right foods' choice and make the right choices'....we all know the difference between a hamburger and a salad, tuna sandwich, or a cheese salad sandwich, there after there is no excuse.
Though some people, do need coaching and support, and that this would then be the best solution for all.
