In that, the point is:

1. It is not, even though it is stated as authenticated transcript, has not been written in Arabic, there fore the text remains clean...

2. That, in plight of an extensive religious call, whereby, restrictions of ordinations of compulsory water purification, would be, over-ridden, as those that are being called, do not know and or haven't and or would not be bothered to learn about Islam, if applied and or ordered at the time of daaweet...there-after, they themselves will have the choice to accept and or reject after reading the non Arabic version, even though it is the closet yet to date in authenticity of the decoding, it is not effected by impurities of non religious and or nonpracticing and or unclean by water standards that is ordered compulsory for the believing standard Muslim.
