Two documentations' of identity for single mothers' who are in receipt of benefit to support their families.

This is just silly, once in the benefits' hall, with birth certificate and details' stored from memory, in regards to their house number and address, should be enough for clearance, and any other small pass code in reference to a mothers' name, or another family members' name, should be plenty.

It is not possible for two people to assume one persons' identity, with an interactive networking system, it will show up, if two people under one name are claiming two types' of the same benefit.

It is just a delay to access the money, making it more uncomfortable for parents' who are already struggling to raise and sustain good foundations into their children.
