Is a place for all people of all nationalities', unfortunately people without the appropriate documentation of asylum are forced to work illegally, because of the delay in their applications of process, if the applications' of process are delayed and the migrants' are forced into hardship of illegal work, then they are subsequently detained, they are therefore, put with extreme cases' of illegal immigrants' who have no rights' of stay and then deported anyway.

The JBSA plus, need to make exceptions' for individuals' who can not and or are unable to work due to poor literature skills', asking homeless people to come with birth certificates' and two proofs' of address', leaves' them without their income to support themselves' back into work and steady home based environment and or acceptable lodging with a relative.

Most immigrants' can not bare a signature and or proofs' of circumstance until further notice, the jbsa needs to associate a link with the asylum applications' and issue the appropriate pass to receive a emergency benefit plan until the correct process has been obtained and verified.


As for the homeless a book and number is enough for them, who wants' to be homeless by choice of effect anyhow.
