The best way to deal with bullies' is to run a three day exclusion policy. Children tend to get bored at home, and school being a very good outlet of sociability, a three day exclusion will be a time for contemplation of behaviour, and any bullies' that are con-joined in their plight, have to have separated exclusion days', as so to make the injunction more efficient.
