Work based institutional Job-Seekers placements
This is a form of circulate communism, and if the government think that this will solve the issues' of unemployment programmes' they have to reevaluate their position.
Communism is where people have benefit schemes' for additional work, while in receipt of benefit payment.
However; they only have to look at other different states' who have tried to implement a Communists programme to understand that it doesn't work.
The government seems to think that everybody claiming benefit, is idle awaiting their payslips to come through the post.
ON the contrary, there are thousands if not hundreds of thousands of people who have embarked on university degrees' and other courses' of effectiveness without being able to gain employment, and have fallen into extreme debt trying to pay their way to have a good sustainable Job.
Can then the government think of other ways to make cut backs', or on the whole, by public opinion of statistical gatherings of knowledge, there seems' to be an opinion that the government is making vasts' amounts of money just by taxation of material goods' and business outlets' of profiteering, alone.
And that the government needs' to admit that there isn't any need to make cuts' and that there is a need to create more college outlets' and hospitals' to employ the current student-teachers' and nurses' that are out of work. With a high number of NHS patients' and an inability and or lack of hospital staff, with a continual growing number of students and not enough places' when will the government invest.
If they invest, there will be less unemployed, less hospital awaiting admissions, less insurances claims' of unhygienic deaths related to over-crowd-ments of hospitals' etc etc, and that the government need to address their own failings' and stop blaming the unemployed who have stricken with hardship to come out of and or bring themselves out of the poverty margin.
They have to admit to their own initial failures'; of non investments leaving thousands' of students and staff awaiting and patients' awaiting places that never existed.
