Karim Khan

A $500 million-dollar-compensation-claim, also seen as £12.5 million English pounds'-compensations' claim.

After the illegal invasion of his home and quite family unit, the murder of Mr Karim Khan's beloved son, who was aged, only eighteen years, just a boy in European terms' of cultural enlightenment's', who had the doors' of opportunity at the feet of his life-span, was shot dead in a murderous deploy of attack and invasion, on a Innocent civilian home and family unit, disgrace upon the initial forces' involved in this scene, absolutely.

During this unplanned and irrational attack, Karim Khan, lost his dear brother, who was also in the prime of his years'.

Two - Major-Bread-Winners for the family unit, this may sound silly, but in the life and times' of the poorest country in the world, these two men would have been the life sustenance for their family unit of feeding and providing. With laws and culture so very different from European expansion of materialism's' , this family were either small shop owners and or framers' working to bring home the basics for their family, of what is a well established and enriched lifestyle-in relation to other conditions' of other family unit ties' who reside in this impoverished land.

With only himself left to look after the remaining females' and other ties' of relations' in the immediate family, the strain of age and loss of his family members' is far too much for Mr Karim Khan to bear.

With no other helping hands of immediate brethren of male persona, remembering that females relied entirely on their male counterparts for welfare and provision. Mr Karim Khan's family have been left destitute and distraught at the illegal siege and unjustified murder of their son and brother.

And under the circumstance, no amount of monetary funds' can replace these two vital spouses' of Mr Karim Khan's family, but compensation of, what is known as shedding blood by accidental and or tribal murders' that are otherwise, and or later dismissed as accidentals and or other, then under Islamic law, the same amount of worth in value of each individual persons' should be payed in due to the families involved., as a replacement of funds', that is the law that the Afghanistan tribal communities' of civilians have lived under for hundreds of years', in relation to the occupation of residence of the land and ownership.

And that each member of this family would have brought home in their lifespan the equivalent of monetary funds' and provisions' to sustain their family, therefore the accounts are justifiable, under Islamic jurisdiction and compensation pay outs' under courts of law in the American institutions and British institutions', under illegal murder, illegal entry and illegal siege of a normal family home, where death of innocent lives' was lost and taken without justifiable cause is effectively the same law in principle.
