Shaker Aamer

It is very concerning, when the American-Interim of Administrations' can hold an innocent person from an intensive-stated date of 2002 until 2011 and still being held as an innocent person of cross-war-confusion- without further conviction of any known crime, then continue to claim a plea- bargin of non-compensational-grounds of effectiveness for Mr Aamer's known release.

Initially; We requested a plea bargain, but under the latest consulting with solicitor intervention; We as a highly- recognised- nation of stability; in regards to humanitarian records', will be withdrawing our initial arrangements of release without fee of compensation.

The concerns of reason are as listed : Mr Shaker Aamer has been held for a number of valuable years' that have affected his ability to recognise his position of instability in relation to an illegal detention of wasted-time in his name of effectiveness; thus a ruined reputation, dis-bonding with family ties' due to the intervention of time, the damage caused in relation to mental health and psychology , therefore we will be proceeding to announce a further court hearing of release and settlements in compensation, due to the effects of his mistreatment and the incarriages of justices' caused to his known persona of credibility's'.

1. There is no evidence to suggest and or state that Mr Aamer was involved and or was part of a connected crime of affiliation.

2. Mr Aamer was held and is still being con-currently-held illegally without compromise in relation to his known credibility of conductions and persona of character in regards to past and present documentations' of accounts'.

3. The American-Interim Administration has failed to comply and or state the terms of why they have detained Mr Aamer for extensive periods of time, without factual evidence to justify their reasons' for doing so.

4. Mr Aamer has been held away from any known location of familiarity, and has suffered a number of torments in regards to psychology and it has been deemed as an assault of confinements and identified as mental torture of unfair detainment of illegitimate account callings' that have not subsidised into any criminality's' hearings of any known conviction of any known official crime of effectiveness.
