Ghailani's

While in correspondence of effectiveness; dealing with Mr Ghailani,; it has been highlighted and has come to My Attention, that Mr Ghailani's-wife is being detained without notification of whereabouts' , and or known location.

This has caused My Client-Mr Ghailani; extreme anguish at not knowing any further details in relation to his spouses' location of effectiveness of detention.

The family of Mrs Ghaillani are also putting in requests' for her known location, so that they can proceed to host-legal-representation in relation to her detention.

As is stated in the American-constitution that everyone is entitled to a fair trail without prejudice of accusations before hand.


As an acting solicitor of representation, it is illogical and goes against all principles' of institutional-foundations' to hold someone in a secret-location, without correspondent-rights' to apply for legal-aid and representations'.

As I have solicited on behalf of Mr Ghailani, I am now in the process of picking up the case of Mrs-Ghailani, at the speediest-available-time-possible, that the judicial-services' can locate her whereabouts' on my behalf, at the bequest of her known representation.

The reasons' for this request of whereabouts are as stated below.

2. A Known location for correspondence-purposes' in relation to the human-rights'-commission of affairs, in relation to family members under pressure of anguish at not knowing the determined-
location and or other facts about the detention of their relative.

3. The detention is an illegal-isolation of one-individual, who has little knowledge of English-language to relate the requests of her fundamental-rights; of solicitor action and or other-rights'

4. This puts' Mrs Ghailani at an extreme risk of violations' of body and or other internal and or external-abuses' of affairs from an unfamiliar environment.

5. At risk of suffering from mental-health-consequences', of isolated-systemic-abuses' documented and or un-documented.

6. Has no relative of support to help console-isolation and or other.

7. A HIGH-RISK-PROFILE for conduction's of extreme abuse. FACT .
