Cars ..... again.....boring

If you use a huge-car, and you are a one and or two-person-unit, please part - exchange it for a smaller-two-seated-model.

If you drive cars' that are too excessive for your usage, please part exchange them for a two seated-unit, the more people that participate in this scheme, the more pollutant-reduction we will have in the environment and a numeric increase in smaller car units' that will also decrease accidents' and other.

If this is implemented across all international boards, then eventually they can even be used without fear on the motorways', as a mass scheme of people would have opted for this, outweighing the stronger-cars', in numeric status, therefore the reduction of accidents, deaths and other associations will all decrease in effect.

People who use cars for just city purposes', would also benefit in a similar part exchange.
