Sharif Mobley

28 years of age; detained by and on force grounds' of imprisonment, in regards to associational-links with a formal-Islamic-Teacher, that I, by compassion of injustices' of human rights', in regards to and on the grounds of legal-aid -requirements-this solicitor of name barring :.............; has in question- already covered the evidences' and associational links' and other inquiries made by the prosecution, in relation to the unfounded-accusations brought forward in regards to Mr Al Awlaki.

During a panic-driven-authorisational-campaign, made by the Yemeni-police-force of apprehensions', in regards to the complaints'- commissions of the United-States of American-Security , Yemen; sorted-out, to act-immediately-upon, in relation to a 100% crack-down on any students that had associational-links' with any Islamic-Teachers', in relation to having internal - links with the united-states' of America, as a pro-precaution of any further advancements', not necessarily to accuse and or obtain a further imprisonment of unfounded allegation of crime without profs of evidences of such commitments of terror-involvements.

Mr Mobley came up, as having associational-links with a well-known-scholar of effect, that had several invitations to grounds' that would require extensive background searches. On this pro-mise, Mr Mobley was then detained without further question of and or allowance of explanation to why Mr Mobley had been detained in the custodian of the Yemeni-Security -division.

This was done under a banner to aid and help the Americans' in their plight to apprehend any links' that may have been involved in, what the American-Interim -claim as aiding and abetting terror-suspects.

So; the Yemeni government of interim affairs- gave authorisational-codes' to the Yemeni Police-force to aid and sort to help-aid the interrogational-acts' of accusations; made by and or being investigated at that time , on other links' related to people arrested in regards to student-associations of individuals caught up in the cross boarder-war affairs of Afghanistan, as suspects and or accusations-crimes' without prof of founded evidences that such persons' did and or were involved in such commitment-campaigns'.

The apprehended Mr Mobley, came under the spot-light of Yemen, in relation to the American-constitution, after claims' of an attempted-one-man-solo-mission to hit and strike, to cause mayhem in relation to the cross-boarders of controls': International-Standards.

An immediate inquiry of background history was obtained, from the previous allegations made against Al Awlaki and other detained suspects; Mr Mobley was set upon, with immediate detainment and further-allegations' laid upon Mr Mobley due to his associational links with Teacher/Lecturer Al Awlaki.

As the allegations have been reviewed there would be no further reasons to detained Mr Mobely in regards to his position of circumstance.

Mr Mobley; under pressure from the Yemeni-Police-Force - of comments detailing extensive life imprisonments as a wind-up campaign, instigated a type a bullying by mental torture of control tactics', though this can-not be proven, the mere fact that desperation over-rided sanity; Mr Mobley in a panic of feared state, after residing in European standards' of humanity rights' of justices' was feared for he well-being, being that of an innocent man, under duress of false allegations' hit out and or lashed out.

The extent of the Yemeni abuses' can never be fully known, though we do appreciate that it does' exist, and the mere fact the Mr Mobley ended up in hospital for reasons' un-beknown by authentic inquiry of laboratory DNA profs', we can not be precise, but we can obtain a statement covering the abuses' that Mr Mobley has been subjected to, from him, himself.

And that Mr Mobley should be released back into the Custody of the formal; European country that he had been granted living residency under compassionate act of inhuman treatment, causing him to react in such a manner of deprived by mental-enticements to a station of temporary insanity.
