It is incomprehensible that after so many allegations, of what were all thrown-out of court and disregarded as insignificant, that Ghailani was still charged on one count of unfounded-accusations' due to circumstances' of a uncompromising - situation and extreme- risk-association to himself and all other-family-members' and friend-associations' of intimidatory-relationships, in regards to un-noted and un-recognised-organisations' that operated in secrecy-without the knowledge and consent of an innocent-carrier-worker of dispatches' of imports and other materials' that was unbeknown to himself the reasons of usage and other.

As explained before in previous statements of accounts'

And; had Mr ghailani been of American and or British or European-descent, all charges in relation to the case of an uncompromising-situation-of safety in relation to compassion in regards to dropping all known charges'; would have been granted in light of the circumstances explained and put forth earlier.
