In relation to the matters of the next unnamed person's of address, for the benefit of those involved in this case, that I did not by VISUAL SIGHTS of accounts', see or witness any forms of under-age, sexual-matters, and or theft, by either intent to criminalise, or in regards to this person.

And anything obtained before the stated terms' in question, of the accusations brought about, in relation to one occurrence, was paid in full amounts by the carer and or guardian and or mother, and or legal guardian grandparents with a full apology at that stated term of underage ability to acknowledge the differences between right actions and or wrong actions'.



And that, I declare this person to be of sound and clear character.
