Also to state that A.B was going to deliberate a selling of the property without the knowledge and or verified knowledge of S.J.N, by way of fraud, by under-pinning the property, and selling it on the market without the consent and or any form of application signed by S.J.N herself as the sole entry of payments' on demand, occupier of the mortgage down payments'.....Therefor to state Ab has no binding legal rights over the entitlements of any of the gained funding of selling the property, if S.J.N wishes to return the payment of the mortgage on compassionate grounds', thats' her freedom of choice decision, but due to all the stress related, and pathological damages' incurred by erratic behaviours' shown towards all members of S.J.N's family, then the with holding of any resource of favour, will be subsequent to her discretion's'.
