Addressing the British Council of Great Britain

In relation to a huge un-necessary bypass, to mention the address. This is with associates of negotiations'.

The bypass in question, is un-necessary, they as residence, feel, that it is a high-pending-risk to all associations of community living, including and especially children.

It has little function being where it is located, as there are two direct round routes' through that particular location bringing the traffic to the same locative spots' that they are required to get to.

In that, the greater London area, is in desperate need of relief efforts', of children from parental lineages' who are in over-crowded and or hostel accommodations'.

I have looked and viewed the overall Ariel pictorial of this situated location, and it can clearly accommodate another row of long elongated housing units' for these unfortunate people.

The bus routes are easy to change, with effective one small bus, going one way and one big bus going the other.

The view of residence is, that houses be situated along the main bypass with a one way filtering system, either - side, one unit of traffic flowing one way and the other unit of traffic flowing the other way. This will allow small traffic to still filter through the allocated work placements', and allow for more room for cultural people and people of English origin to filter through, other over crowded units, and stop the build up of people awaiting in hostels' for such a progressive time period.

In that, with additional-small gardens, they will be putting green spaces back into their area, with same level of comsuptions', a balance of carbon and oxygen. With the allocated huge bypass, all its doing is, putting cultural people at high risk of targeting by pass through racists', as well as high pollution of the systemic area.

The request has been made by the old people too, who feel that the youth are waiting for them to roll-over into the ground, so that they can be allocated a property, putting pensioners at risk of death related attacks'.
