It seems silly that the passport agencies' would be imposing a law stating only coloured photographs should be used on the applications and passport documentations for that user. When the association can simply see, by ultimate scanning, that the facial bone is a match if they need to investigate proof of identity further, meaning getting an injunction via court order to see verifying dental records to id the person, injunctions can be gained within hours if it is a breech of security or national securities'. So much monetary funds wasted on eye scanning and other stupid technologies', wouldn't this be just easier'.

With the emailing and or other computer bases', documentations of such persona can be handed out on immediate requests', silly people.
