Governmental regulatory body

Addressed to:

It has come to light that ice-cream vans' are not subjected to a regulatory body of laws', in relation to where they sell ice-creams', most ice cream vans' set up businesses' directly outside school gates', and or anywhere. Schools are increasingly annoyed about this, and ice cream van licences should be obtained through the permission of allocated school applications', to be allowed to do so, some will agree and some will disagree, depending on how many pupils are effected by tooth decay in area districts'. schools will ask for an allocated 20% of all profit taken, if they agree , after all, they are practising sugar predators', on our children.
