We understand that Muslim men, who are practising their faith, who for work purposes' have to evade the dress code of the Muslim shariah, under the laws' of the land in regards to health and hygiene, but for women, there is no excuse, if women work they can bring a spare coverage and or miss the prayers on the Friday, until their are available to dress appropriately, no excuse.

As women know that they do not have to attend Friday pray and that it is most like by Allah if they reside and pray at home, if circumstance permit, ie they have a community of women to remind them of small details of special days that maybe easily forgotten when residing alone.
