Omar Khadar

It is horrendous to think that; Omar-Khadar can be examined and put on trial at the age of fifthteen.

Being of native Afghanistan-born; born into a forth-world-country of small politics and economics', who without literacy skills' and numerical skills' of basic schooling, without knowledge of the wider aspects of wordily matters'; such as political-strive, and war decisions' that was undoubtedly a led-illegal invasion, to hunt down a one man-wanted-dead or alive, could be possibly-countered on a charge of death by shooting a army-official-solider of the American-Forces'.

The mere fact that; without reading-skills' of schooling, uneducated, and left in dire poverty conditions', Omar-Khadar would have only been led to believe what he was told by older members' of civilian-soldiers', if you can call them that; what he was told and informed of, young and impressionable, fighting in awe of his family and other, went on a mission of the impossible. He infact strove hard, in light of the circumstance and put his own life at risk of death, without a second thought of the consequences', of what, the prosecution has evidential facts' and photography's to prove this related defence of the victim/convict of greater war influences' of what was really out of his control and range of thinking rationality.

After spending a considerable time inside the American constitutional prison system, Omar Khadar has adapted to his western surroundings', having English study courses' and other readily available recent resources', not that his stay has been one of enlightenment, but never the less' returning him home, to people and relatives that will barely recognise him, that will by chance of native admissions of ethnicity and other racial native values', may even reject him on the bases' of his stay and change of appearance of condition, rejecting the very foundations of physical and social imputes' of influence by the western world.

His life will more then likely be at risk of attack, and frowned upon as an informant and rejected from all social dentites'.

The prosecution and the western world, know the sources of pycology very well, and jknow that Mr Khadar will be at a unprexcedanted risk of venerability, and should reassess the case with immediate effect.

Mr Khadar has little and or no knowledge of the happenings of war fare and the influences of psychological impacts', so plea bargaining will seem appealing, we reject his admission for such a statement of submissive complicity
