When will this illegal trade of compensation claims' in regards to air crashes' stop.

Grounds for appeal:

Grounds of appeal and over turning the current aviation-air-lines- law:

A continual occurrence of the same type 1 category accident:

Facts':

It doesn't happen often; on the scale of evidential-statistics', but enough to cripple air-line-businesses', that have been in sound operations for many years without aircraft accident and or other associated failures', but enough to state the listed terms of unfair compensation claims'; when passengers know the full extent and risks' of travel usage of airplane and other.

It is so, that if there are car crashes and or other type crashes', the Monetary funds' come directly out of the peoples' insurance coverage, why would air vehicle travel be Any different? I am sorry, people know the risk associations in regards to flying ....therefore there should be a limited amount of fund distributions in regards to crash victims' and the pessenger should be paid....directly from their own insurance.

We are going for a over turn of decision, and then a forwarding change of aviation laws'

A 'a'change; and new business opportunities for insurers who can guarantee a fair payout scheme in such cases aircraft disablement of accidental crash and or other associated accident, whereby people pay for their own coverage direct.

In the case of Concorde; Concorde is a well established plane, that will be, reinstated as a copy-of design and manufacturing that will coincide with the Olympics', we need to have the speed for business meetings and other associated usage' of diplomacy's and worldly issues'.

We understand the disposition of the victims involved', we unfortunately send our deepest condolences' in this respect.

We are also disputing, that even though Concorde belongs' to Britain as a design model , of what we are completely proud of the years services' and other that Mr Concorde has been in business, we therefore see a discrepancy in the claim for compensation by the french authorities', they seem to miss the point that the accident happened on their own turf of responsibilities'-whereby their own employees' of Continentals' were appointed to job associated descriptions', that seemed to see to the failure of the air craft and tragic accident.

We do send our condolences; as stated above and we are deeply sorry, but under legal terms of fair grounds' of claims and other associations', we are going to push forward for a change in international laws' via the agreements of Geneva conventions and other associations that might be interested in a new venture and or over-turning of this absurd compensational-discrepancies'.

The pro-mise set on the grounds' that people know risk associations of air travel, therefore, if they fear and or have doubts about their safety, they can either opt not to travel by plane and or opt for self coverage insurance.

CONCORDE-concorde

Will operate as soon as the new set standards of manufacturing are implemented.
