They will establish their own group of employees', they will control everything from their base, and any retaliations and or mis trusts' of instigation's'.....will see a complete demise in the arrangements'.......regulated workers' from in the land' will correspond with the workers' from the base' of controls' and payments of funds' will be received through the base workers' of employments'.

The employees', will be scrutinised and linage assessed in regards to Sunni authenticity's' to stop any forwarding and or interventions from other sectional-occupiers'........other sectional Muslims' can take employment in inner city programmes' of protection.....in relation to business and home life under these arranged terms', no correspondence of government and or involvement will be made by them...they will be there as occupational guests', in a settlement programme of a truce with the powers of reestablished Sunni authored government and compromise under the terms' stated in this document.

If they do not agree, they can take re-settlement for protection into other lands' that have co-hosted these unfair occupations'.
