Speed Bumps'

Was first implemented between 1996 and 1997...

In the years prior to the investment of these, with caution, speed-bumps', that were highly-appropriate at the setting and laying of such measures', there was on average per street.. per, a two child activity.....around the surrounding neighbourhood roads', as a road safety measure, and children incurring death related car incidents', in relation to the stepping out of young children, who used to played in and or on the surrounding area roads'.

As time has passed.....

The generational gaps' have closed, in regards to the changing-surrounding-environment. With the increase in crime related incidents', and young child abductions and deaths', there are infact no children who currently hold unescorted play activities' on the backstreet roads', where once these roads were vibrant with childs'-play.

The Road-bumps' now have become an inconvenience being spurned everywhere, having them, themselves', caused and still causing numerous accidents of over turns' and under-bonnet problems' of height related measurements', that lead onto other road safety concerns' and indirectly, as a direct result of more death and other related accidents'.

In relation to statistical gatherings', the government will find, on the whole, the majority of drivers have incurred current problems and continuous problems, with some parts of their vehicles' that could otherwise cause further road accidents' without the additional time to check and stop in and in relation to the servicing of such parts as regular as the drivers frequent the speed bumps', they are,as you will agree, a additional-now-occurring-problem, the servicing of parts should be done in conclusive standards with the over tracking of the continuous layed speed bumps', in and around the surfaces of the roads'.

As the Government are aware, no such frequenting of servicing in relation to the frequenting of speed bumps' can be done on a continuous bases' of concern, and rather these minor scratches and other problem related parts', are always left to the end of year, due date that is conclusive with the British standards agency.

Well, the speed bumps' do not allow any British-Driver to drive in a safe vehicle , without alternative investigations of body work that would otherwise be end of year servicing'.

The; all current cars', in use on the British roads' are infact in error of their body parts' that could potentially cause further and have caused further injury and or death related accidents due to speed bump internal damage of unseen measures'.

The Government need to dismantle all speed bumps', and reuse the natural materials for the filling of and relaying of part external roads, that need the tax payers' maintenance.

This measure will reduce further accidents, deaths and other.......this measure will,resolve the current problem with vast holes'of external natures' that are dotted across the British Roads', this measure will allow a natural traffic flow and cause less congestion,.. of what will reduce pollution in the atmosphere.

The vast majority of cars that have to slow down to go over the speed bumps', increase the atmospheric pressure of dispersing pollutions', and every carbon admission counts'.

With vast amounts of speed bumps and vast amount of slowing vehicles, the ris ein pollution has increased by 75% at the end of the annul year.

However, if the speed bumps were removed, there would be less-delaying-more freeing up of congestion's', better internal body works', that produce cleaner carbon admissions'. And we would see a decrease of pollution by 75% margin if they were removed.

Remembering that the speed bumps were imposed as caution for child related-play activities', that have died with the death of a new cautious generation of crime awareness of adult supervision and extra care...they are now-infact have become a hindrance to both the air-death related incidents', accidents', congest ions', over-turns' and have now seen the last days' of empowerment's of control orders, that no longer apply.

The general population would now like to see these speed bumps recycled and used for better condition of road standards', whereby the recycling would inturn also reduce the pollution admittance.
