I am absolutely-and utterly outraged that a former Guantanamo Bay detainee, of Algerian origin, was sent back to be repatriated to Algeria; after his trail and period of discomfort and subsequent other type 1 and or other category tortures'.......

Left his native land as an independent personality of and for a work gained sustenance, how Mr Abdel Aziz Niji ended up as a captive at the hands' of the American prison systems of control, is beyond reasoning-the only reasonable conclusion, is that he found himself in a cross boarder of war-fare when travelling through lands', to find employment and work sustenance to provide a better future for his poverty stricken family, who reside in Algeria.

This is not uncommon, as men often leave their home lands' to seek a future of sustained hope for their relatives' who are unabled to travel due to ill health, age, youth and or other related ill-nesses'.

It is beyond reasonable doubt that the American Constitution should have considered Mr Abdel Aziz Niji for release into a protective work, and a strong home life programme, as due to the illegal detention of such an individual and a priority 1 case persona of care concerns :


First case trail for Mr Abdel Aziz Niji; reprieve of circumstance and re-repatriation to American soil and or British soil-via collaboration and fund admittance of help and resource to relocate such persona and or persons' who have had a miss-carriage of justice in relation a strong reaction of jury via a re-location dismissing any type 1 grounds and not even considering any type 1 case of compassionate grounds' of appeal, of personal protection and other type 1 case priorities of substance :

2. A life of bed care and a lifetime of home institutionalisation, due to the lack of medical care and or other resources' of hospital funding to support such individuals' of disabilities'.

3. America and or Britain are known providers' of the best disability, work and pay institutions in the world.

4. Prospects of future employment in Algeria due to sectional world differences of class persona....O...of effectiveness

5. House bound and unable to correspond with neighbours and or other relatives', a home institution has become a fundamental necessity, causing a degree of depression and isolation.

6. Insomnia of effectiveness and sleep deprivation due to the personal injury to Mr Abdel Aziz Niji's personal case of confinements' on American soil.

7. Sleep deprivation of fear of an incitement to unfounded attacks regarding a displacement of patriations and unknown correspondence to and of known American ties', while propaganda media have issued news bulletins about war progressions in regards to the American institution, and forces occupying Afghanistan.....make My Abdel Aziz Niji a prime target for other influences' of unpredictability's'.

8. Should be removed with immediate measure of safety concerns and health issues' of disabilities', and compensated for inconveniences of unmeasured amounts' towards his credit of work possibilities in regards to the now seemingly depressive circumstance that Mr Abdel Aziz Niji finds' himself in due to the decisive decisions made by the American institution to re-repatriate Mr Abdel Aziz Niji back to a home land of suspicions of his resettlement's and thus facing a life time of agonising isolation's'.

9. If not removed.....A liable payment and litigation of unforeseen circumstance in relation to Mr Abdel aziz Niji's safety and life endangerment's' could be issued at a later date of arrivals'.
