I propose

For student fees

1. For parents that work and can afford to pay; a credit voucher of £352 pounds' for a tuition year of one period.

Under this new proposal, parents who work will be initially paying a ten pound a week fee for their child of what will amount to a profiteering for helping and a government compromise.

For less fortunate parents whose job payments can not meet the advanced payments or afford a credit voucher for one years tuition, they can invest in a stamped booklet, whereby there is a credited stamping system of ten pounds per week for each student.

2. I propose for single mothers and the less fortunate of society, a free voucher of tuition, and a two pound tax increase on their graduational earnings for a weekly bases' of over eight years, this then will make the system fair, with equal payment for all, above everybody else, listed as a green code. Thus everyone will be paying the same, the government making a sustained and valuable profit. Under this scheme, we propose that, as we are investing too, that there will be no increase in inland revenue of college and degree increases on these proposal.

If however, this new proposal seemingly fails, then it can be brought up for review.

I think that this is a reasonable compromise. Plus the government will make a sustained fortunes without leaving anyone in debt.

This will be the only way that parents and students will agree and the government making a substantial income to sustain the university-buildings and maintenance
