Why is the system testing children for visual and hearing at the age of five......this is way too young for children to know the difference between letter shapes' and or shapes' and or distinctive sounds'.

Children , make a mockery of these tests' by 50% of the time, some children end up wearing glasses' and or have hearing aids without needing them, and that they are stigmatised by the test results for the rest of their adult lives' in some cases' even unable to drive etc etc. And that the authorities' should wait until the children are at least eight years' old, whereby they can identify shape letters and distinctive sounds' for themselves', without the visual thought of the Wendy house effect, whereby the children carry their imagination into the testing rooms with them.
