British Prisons

A slow introduction to phone use

Most of these guys' are in prison for petty crimes', the mere fact that they are away from their families, denied most privileges' of home life and freedoms', is enough punishments for them.

The Mayor of London-

name as stated look

Oh he can take it....

Would like to propose

That each prison cell for minor crimes- such as theft, illegal immigrant detentions, and or other misdemeanors such as driving offences' and there-like-or other

Should be allowed to have a connected phone and card with a four digit pin, that will allow one call of twenty minutes per day to one land line of communications' all other calls should be paid for by the community phone.

This will deter angry outburst of throwing tantrums' and a good anger management programme, because simply, if they distroy their phone, they distroy their cell mates' privilege and also their own rights to a little luxury too ease their pain of punishments', as well as keeping and or restoring ties of family kinship and or keeping in touch with elderly nan, mum and or other.

And that the government need to look at themselves for their own failings' of missed youth workshop and apprenticeships of opportunities for young lads' that couldn't achieve otherwise of grades and university levels' of obtainment'.
