For on site tours' through the Olympic period and long term investments' there has to be working museums' of different periods' of Liverpool's lifestyle and culture.

Harbour life-and industry, with employed actors', to induce the environment of what period of time with improvised steam, for the new-old designs' of docking boats and other industrial listed sites that could be restored for effective work and education plus tourism.

This can be done also with the football and other periods of time that Liverpool has been famed for.
