What the heck is this new system of a five pin monitoration code......every time I need to ring the bank, I have to produce it, its' too much like my main stream pin number and I hate it.

I am not getting on with it at all.

Please; phone the banks' to address this issue, a pass word and date of birth and one personal information; such as a pets name should be more then enough.

And that I am anti five code pin card to be able to enter my account.
