Al Kandari

Kandari, a native citizen of Kuwait; coming from a privileged background of middle class's, being raised in a surrounding environment where poverty and orphanages were prevalent, with poverty margins' at an all time low, it wasn't long before child Kandari started to make the distinction between himself, his advantages and the poverty stricken society that made up a good majority of Kuwait as a land of emerging economical status'.

With the growth of the economy came the side effects of open and sectional areas that were visible to the naked eye, for the more privileged in society.

After having and been brought up in schooling of good mannerisms', be them at home and or school himself, he took it upon himself to educate himself about world third world poverty, and the lands' most effected by economical status' of effect.

With many movements of individuals' who were involved in open programmes to help aid and assist lesser economical drives', many sectional Arabs' and Muslims' alike, who had been brought up and raised in good households' of substantial maintains, found their consolidations of grief and empathy by helping the lessor of the people in the drive to eradicate and elevates some of the suffering that had been, and is so prevalent in the world today.

Kandari, was one of the few who had the open opportunity to make a difference in the outer world and decided to take up a pass time of humanitarian missions' across lands' that were inflicted with dire poverty and crises'.

After the subsequent Kuwait-inquest; Kuwait had become a hot spot for world topic and debate, making any visible help and or confinements of internal aid, impossible without arousing suspicion that could befall and have other future effects on the standing of people who care about world poverty and other problematic issues' that effect children in regards tro partage and other.

After being raised in Kuwait,knowing the disposition of the land, there was nothing and or minimal help that Kandari could do for the greater of the worlds' problems', so he decided to take his mission of aid and support where it would be a benefit for the more and or even worse dispositioned children and families of extreme third world conditions', elsewhere, where his money and effort would be appreciated for years to come, in small rural communities where water and other dispelling inadequacies were in dire situations' of death toll and desperation, at an all time high, Afghanistan being, at that period in time, voted as even being in the condition of a forth world country in comparison to the rest of the worlds' standards'.

On hearing this information, Kandari persisted to relocate his aid-mission in the hope to sustain better facilities for such outstanding poverty, that had been documented and highly reported by world media at that time and slot of periodic history.

The factility aid and restoration of the town that Kandari had stayed in to support the aid constitution of a small rural community was documented in travel records and assistance of friends' and native people, who provided him with construction and help in his quest to provide water and sanitation for people in dire situations; for years to come.

However; putting previous statements forward, that wasn't explained as simply as this, could have confused the inquest of interim ministrations, in the belief that he was involved in anything other then aid distributions'.

There was no other evidence to suggest otherwise, nor was there profs of effect to these allegations put forward by the prosecution, that have and have been shown to have false documentations of time periods; whereby it was stated with conviction by the prosecution, that Mr Kandari had been indited because of claims that he had visited training camps that were and had been closed several months prior to his occupation of aid mission into the town of effect that he was staying in to host help and aid to the rural community.

And that the courts of justice has been given false witness statements that do not conclude to any theory of practical evidential configurations that would suggest the statements put forward are real and conclusive, on the contrary, they vindicate and r elease him of all charge that have been associated in regards to the prosecutions' claims that he had been an integral part of training the small fractional group of Afghanistan's' small majority militant, that went against his original sustain and maintained views of humanitarian plights', that would otherwise segregate him from the militants' with the utmost of recent and that he would have been a target for any insurgents that were otherwise training in a barren land, that had little amenities to do so.

And that; after nine years of abuse and subsequent confession laundering, Kandari has stuck to his original statement, that concludes the conclusive evidence put forward bu his defence team, a lawyer sympathetic to the rights of justice for the innocent.

Working on the grounds' of substantial evidences' gathered together by incorrect and incoherent suggestive reports that have no barrings on evidential facts of configurations that have been addressed in this statement put forward in plight of a freedom for the Innocent clause that should be addressed with release as soon as possible.
