The X Factor

Is it really the x factor.

Or the money factor?

We have to be hard and harsh

We have to be more selective

We have to stop wasting time

We have to stop those who cant sing at all with the button effect

We have to only employ pure talent and not copyrighted shit

We have to employ those that can stand the tests and hardships of the business

We have to employ those that can reach out with emotion of spirit and write their own stuff and out together and compose

This is not happening

singing is becoming the be all and end all of a way to fortune and has lost its ability to reach out to the people who need compassion and comfort in such vices'

It has become a tescos' multi store of products and that this is what is turning the music world into a stadium of circus performances', and that pure talent should be selected from behind closed doors' whereby it is by personal choice of years of experience and not public demand by look and or sympathy,

The X factor has to become the real thing

And we need to abandon this mass reproduction of supermarkets chain effect of such road showing tour ships' of lost hope and failure.

And that if people wish top audition, for such enterprise, then they need to do so at the appropriate stations'

This is not who wants to be a millionaire game show, this is in relation to reaching out to people that really need the light of inspiration via the music scene of hope in regards to compassion of circumstance and other endearments of memories'.

The kids are too strung up on this whole concept and its time to decline the hosting of , even though, we know that it is an enjoyable show of entertainments to watch as a broadcasting network, enough unfortunately is enough and that now we have to concentrate on more fulfilling skills' that will be a future for all in the Olympic tourism trad of effect that will encourage people to come back to Britain and schools education, for a long time investment. And that families and youth, I am sorry to say, need a reality check.

Skills and work are available for contracts and apprenticeships' to work under the banner of the Olympic and tourism trade and that their is plenty of work to go around and after the event too.

And that, to get employment now, will see more young people rise to the tops of new professions', whereby they will be able to be employed and have a guaranteed future of comfort of materials and nesting for those that are interested.
