It seems impossible that the governmental bodies, are imposing criminal record on security staff, body guards', and or even dust bin men.

And that, concessions' should be made for such jobs', with crime and youth stupidity being a reality, how can the government possibly impose such radical reforms', that they know will see the most vulnerable, illiterate and or other, of the poorest of society in relation to young males' who didn't pat attention at school, and had been effected by petty crime in youth, have lost the only good attainable jobs that were on offer to them at that time.

And that, on compassionate grounds', at her majesties pleasure, the reenactments of such job offers should be granted, and these opportunities', be granted once again, to reduce unemployment levels', and the impossibility of these individuals ever being employed again.

Security Guard, status, comprises, of being surrounded by high level camera maintenance's', and or other, that makes it virtually impossible for any criminal enterprise to take place, within the folds' of supermarkets' that are so kind enough to entertain these work placements for the less fortunate of society.

Also, license' for bouncer ships', are also a complete nightmare, most of these men, have never been to school and relay on their size and personal training by other member employees to help them into positions of working on the nightclub scene.

The amount of unfair imposing on the poorest members of the social circle has made their unemployment impossible, with criminal record entries for every single status of job descriptions', how then will any persons and or people employed them. And that petty crime of minor offences', should be kept and or help under the confidentiality acts'.

If these individuals are seen to participate in any unlaw acts, the administrations of further managements of businesses', can then make the effective choice to sack them under their terms of contracts and conditions'.

It seems, under the circumstance of environmental issues', the administrations of government choices', are in equal, and unfair and should be subjected for reviews'.

Yes, criminal record checks for schools', hospitals and other engaging networks where the public can be subjected to manipulative powers'......and or, reviews records and linage of work credentials'.....but to target those that have no prospects and or any form of chance, is just barbaric, and inhumane, leaving these individuals with no further hope at all, leading to further drug addition of criminality's, suicides' and other small offences' that can lead onto bigger and better criminality's of uprisings', and will rise and keep rising, as a direct result of this change in law....it may not be noticeable, to statistical records', but the government are forcing these people, into further criminal positions of no win, no gain , whereby crime is their only option of bettering their social circumstance, because of the change in law, that has seen to the sacking of perfectly acceptable people in society, that have outgrown their youth, and have decided to change direction, with these jobs' being their only hope of betterment's'.

And that, the government have been highly unjust and have seen children go without the father-parental-position, of supplying their children with their celebrated affairs', of religious and or other, normal circumstance of birthdaying and or other...that would full into the folds of their normality's', and or the normality's of the social circle....
