Did anyone NOT sign their Phoenix contracts', if you didn't sign your Phoenix contract, then the property is still under the legal ownership of the council, and thus, Phoenix then have gone onto illegally trespassing, knowingly, to do unauthorised works' of improvements', and are thereafter held viable for litigation under misleading council tenant holders', that they are under them, under illegal pretences' and non certified requirements', when in-fact nothing was confirmed, and or verified, and or certified, as a confirmation of agreements', and that, therefore tenants who didn't sign their contracts are entitled to start legal proceedings' for misleading information and trespass under false pretence.
