TV Control systemic faults

What is this, the control switch for virgin media is compatible, but the volume doesn't work with it.

I have had my control switch for two weeks', and then it just all of a sudden stopped working, why is that? I changed the batteries and everything, can Mr Richard branson explain?

A new control audio switch is on its way, as a replacements, but wait, I have to wait five to ten working days', without compensation?

Is anyone else having the same effective problems'.

Also, the small print for free film viewing is not clear, is there a liable case to be had, does anyone else agree?

That the two minute pre-view has poor explanation of method and is miss-leading to consumers'.

Also, the pay as you go films', it is not clear, when you have purchased them, if thereafter they are free, for a duration of paid purchased statement, meaning the consumer is miss-led into believing that, the film is re-viewable.

Does anyone else agree?

And finally channel states , that it is fully recording the allocated paid for film, on request, but thereafter, there is no sign of it, in any listings and or other.

Also, shouldn't these companies' offer, speakers' for your computer networks at a discounted price, if you haven't purchased speakers' with your computer?
