Now, the idea of the cane, is to have a psychological effect on the impact of the children's' behaviour.

The whole principle of this approach; is, prevention is better then long term abuses', that both teachers' and parents' are faced with, day- in, and day- out, due to the consequences' of televisional viewing, and other substantial media abuses'.

The idea, is to have the stick present in the class- room, as a deterrent to the rudeness and uncontrollable naughtiness, of some children.

It is a fact that other countries' that implement such traditions', have better, overall - well behaved and respectable, responsible citizens'.

And from past experiences', there are measures' that can be taken, for such abuses' that maybe subject for review; due to any re-introducing of such measures'.

The teachers' board, can have a systematic code of conduct; for such aggression, of the over stepping, in any kind of shape or form.

But the principle; is more of a psychology impact, resulting in controlled restraint, from naughty or unpleasant children, then a forcement-tiletation.

Children, were and it is a well known fact, more polite and pleasant, with gentle nature from past disciplinary measures', then what they hold at and for the last twenty odd years'. Isnt it time, for the adults' to take back a certain amount of control.
